Being likeable is sometimes an underrated skill. It's something that people assume you either are or you aren't. While it's true that some people have a far easier time being liked by others, likeability is also something you can work on. The most important thing, however, is to be sincere. If you're trying too hard to be liked, it won't work. It's a delicate balance, like most things in life.

Being likeable will help you tremendously in your work life, and here's how to do it.
