Is She Serious About Getting Back Together as Friends?

Someone wrote in recently about seeing an old friend after several years. In the last years of their friendship, things had turned negative. When she saw the friend again, she felt good that she had moved on from this person because they were rather unpleasant. Now, however, this same ex-friend has contacted her about starting their friendship up again. Or is it something else? Read my response.
