Our Biggest Health Problem?

I was watching Piers Morgan Tonite recently and saw Dr. Oz on it. Something he said was very interesting and especially pertinent to friendship. Morgan asked Oz what was the one thing that Americans struggle the most with, and Oz said it was the ability to connect with one another.

Now think about that advice for a moment. You'd expect him to mention a physical health problem, right? And yet he mentions an "emotional problem." Now, why do you think that is?

I'll give you a minute...

He mentions the emotional connectedness of humans because the lack of it is a threat to our physical health.  Friendship is every bit as important to our health as working out or eating right is.
