Dr. Oz recently talked about small, simple changes that can make you healthier, and one of them is just arriving five minutes early to places. He said, "Being 5 minutes late is a small thing that creates big stress, which in turn can cause chronic inflammation and high blood pressure."
I have to agree with this. Don't you usually feel a breath of ease when you arrive somewhere and can just chill out for five minutes before things start? It makes me feel good, like you can stop worrying about "getting there" and instead focus on whatever comes next.
