Did you know that October is "Positive Attitude Month"? I'm not sure who decided we should pay attention to our attitudes this month, but I like it. It's just too easy to fall into a negative attitude today.
Am I the only one that thinks this?
Here are things I struggle with in making sure my attitude is positive:
- Busyness. I feel stressed with too much on my plate and therefore don't make enough time for friends.
- The barrage of opinions and arguing on Facebook. I love the site but sometimes (especially in these months leading up to the election) I get overwhelmed with the constant posts about political opinions.
- Disappointments. When things don't go positively, it's hard to keep things in perspective.
