This week (November 8-14) is officially the "pursuit of happiness" week, and since many people are stressing out about the holidays right about now, I think it's a pretty funny time to create such a week. But maybe that's the point? After all, if you're stressed, shouldn't you focus on being happy instead?
A lot has been made about happiness in the last couple of years. I've read a lot of books on happiness, and I think there are some nuggets to take from each one. Overall, I do think you change the measure of happiness in your life, not by gaining more things but by improving your relationships.
