I just finished the book Table Manners (buy direct) by Mia King, which you might also enjoy because it's by the same author that wrote Friendship Bread (Darien Gee. She writes under both names.) I didn't realize that Table Manners was a sequel to an earlier book (Good Things), but it was stand alone, so if you didn't read the first one, you'll enjoy Table Manners too.
The book is about food (lots of great recipes), friendship, and trying to have a career, a relationship, a social, and balance it all without going crazy. (Sound familiar ladies?) So many of you ask me which novels I've enjoyed about friendship, and I've got a list coming up, but in the meantime I wanted to let you know about Table Manners. I'm set to pick up Mia King's other books now, too.
If you haven't read Friendship Bread yet, give it a try also. It was voted the 2012 Best Fiction Book About Friendship by About.com readers.
Did you read either of these books? Let me know what you thought of them.
