In honor of world kindness week (November 12-18), I wanted to mention some of the ways you can be kind to a friend. It's not just about acts of kindness (although those are great also), but it's more about making your friendship a safe place and helping a friend feel that they always have your support.
There's a great feeling that comes from the peace of mind you have in your relationships. When you argue with a friend, doesn't it feel as if the whole world is on your shoulders? It weighs on your mind and heart, and even when you try to live your life and enjoy other things, a problem in your relationships can steal enjoyment away from that.
For this week, think about the ways that you can be kind to a friend, either in just letting them know you appreciate them or showing them that your friendship is important to you.
