I'm so excited about this new offering here at About Friendship. It's called "Take Friendship Offline Boot Camp" and it's designed to change the way you approach your friendships.

So often you all have told me how you have a hard time making time for your friends. Either you come home and feel too tired to do anything after a long day at work or school, or you're just so busy with other obligations that you can't seem to fit friends in.

But friendships benefit us many physical and emotional ways. Some of the ways they help us might just surprise you. They're too important to put on the back burner, and they can't be nurtured properly if the only time you see your friend is when their Facebook picture pops up.

The answer? Take your friendships offline. Here's how.
