Friend Applies Makeup at the Table

I got this question recently about proper table manners, but really it's about something a friend does that really bugs us. (We've all been there, right?)

The reader asks:

"As soon as we get done eating, my friend pulls out her lipstick and puts it on while we're talking. I think she should go to the bathroom to do this. Shouldn't she?"
