Does it seem like people are bad at apologizes these days? I hear a lot of complaints from all of you about insincere apologizes. Either someone says the words "I'm sorry" like it's the last thing they really are, or they do something else instead of apologizing, like suddenly act really nice to you.
But those words, "I'm sorry," mean a lot. There is an important moment when someone says them. It means they understand they hurt you, they take responsibility, and they will make an effort not to do it again.
